The graduate courses in mathematics education offered by the Department of Mathematics Education at Konkuk University (KU) are designed specifically to develop future university professors and/or specialists in educational organizations. Based on an internationally educated faculty and active collaborative research programs, the curriculum includes courses on a wide variety of basic mathematical skills and teaching methodologies.

The objective of our graduate program is to educate leaders in the fields of mathematics education. Mathematics education is a branch of the applied sciences which conducts research into all matters related to the educational status of mathematics education. Curricular activities help build a deep understanding of the field and provide opportunities for both theoretical and practical research. Our courses train qualified teachers, supervisors, school administrators, and leaders of teacher training institutions.
