Today, a company's competitive edge determines a nation's strength. The more competitive companies a country has, the more influential the nation becomes. We want to contribute to the development of Korea by nurturing talented people who make companies competitive. We have set a goal (Globalization, Practicality, Leadership, Ethics) to develop people who have a global outlook, practice what they know, have the leadership skill to communicate with everyone, and respect ethical values. AACSB accreditation is a reflection of our efforts to develop these qualities. We will continue to improve our curriculum and infrastructure, recruit outstanding faculty, and strengthen our international exchange and employment programs to become a world-class business college.

Greetings and welcome to Konkuk Business School website. Konkuk Business School was founded in 1956 as the Department of Commerce in the College of Political Science. It was renamed as the Department of Business Administration in 1969. There have been several changes since then, and in 1993, Konkuk Business School was separated from Department of Commerce and organized as the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Business Information. In 2009, the Department of Management of Technology was established within Konkuk Business School, the first in Korea. In 2016, the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Management of Technology were merged. Currently, Konkuk Business School is composed of the Department of Business Administration and the Department of Management of Technology, and the Department of Business Administration has 7 majors: Management Information, Marketing, Production Management, Strategy and International Business, Organization and Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting.
Konkuk Business School obtained The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business accreditation in 2015 and pursued 4 core values to produce "internationally competitive outstanding practitioners". First, we equip students with an international perspective that enables them to collaborate and compete internationally. Second, we develop students' problem-solving and critical-thinking skills so that they can become practitioners. Third, we encourage students to develop leadership through practical communication skills. Finally, we prepare them to be responsible business people with integrity.
The world we live in is changing rapidly. Not only technological and environmental changes but also unexpected infectious disease pandemics are changing the shape of our lives. Therefore, Konkuk Business School will produce managers focused on core values and lead the industrial market amidst the rapid changes in the business environment we will face.
