The Sanghuh Memorial Library was opened in 1989 as the largest library in Asia at the time. Today, the library serves the educational needs of Konkuk faculty, students, staff, and local residents with its collection of more than 1.2 million volumes and a fully automated system for searching resources and checking out materials. The library also provides seating for approximately 2,200 users.

On the first floor of the library, where the one-stop service desk is located, users can check out and return books. They can also access audio and visual materials at the Multimedia Room. Located on the second floor are rooms for periodicals and academic papers. A reading room with 1,522 seats, including a 24-hour reading room with 184 seats, is available on the third floor. The fourth and fifth floors have 12 faculty carrels, several group study rooms, as well as study rooms where laptops are permitted. The multilingual lab on the sixth floor has computers with English, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Vietnamese as well as audio and video materials in foreign languages. It also features a seminar room dedicated to group study sessions.
