Rental Application Guide
Application Period
- General event: Up to 1 month before to the day of the event

Facility rental is only available to students who are members of student organizations and registered in the club activity management system. - 4 Fill out the space rental application form
- Fill out the online application → Save → Print
- Stamp the printed application form with the signature of the approving
- In the case of clubs that are part of to student organizations and student clubs, the representative of each organization should sign in the student representative box.
Student Organization : KU Student Council, Student Welfare Committee, Club Association, Konkuk Liberal Arts Student Association, Graduation Preparation Committee - Signed by at least one of the college or department administrators, professors, or deans of each college in the case of student organizations, college clubs, and groups.
- In the case of clubs that are part of to student organizations and student clubs, the representative of each organization should sign in the student representative box.
- 5Submit the stamped application to the Student Support Team (Student Union Bldg. A Room 205)
If the applicant organization does not submit the stamped application within 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of the application date, the application will be automatically cancelled.
Who can apply: KU student-only organizations
- Organizations : Only if the organization's information is entered into the portal prior to application.
- Not available to alumni, outsiders, affiliated clubs, and individual students.
(However, if you are an individual student organizing a campus event, please visit the Student Support Team to apply)
About Renting
Rental hours: 09:00~22:00 (Cleanup after the event must be completed before 22:00)

Application Policy
- First-come, first-served basis
- Same organization cannot apply for more than 2 spaces at the same time
Notes on Academic and Athletic Facility Use
- Actual purpose of use, members, etc. must match the content of the request
- Commercial use is not allowed (sale of goods and services, promotion of outside companies, advertising, etc.)
- Equipment and facilities must not be damaged, lost, etc.
- No drinking, cooking, smoking, or excessive noise.
- No falsification of application forms or attachments
- Follow the instructions on the space rental application form
Notes for Sports Facility Use
- Must be used for sport only
- Wear sports clothes and shoes (no high heels or boots)
- Wheeled devices (inline skates, wheelies, scooters, bicycles, vehicles) are prohibited
- No drinking, smoking, cooking, etc.
- No chewing gum, flammable materials, or food or drink other than water
- No pets allowed
- Don't enter the facility and contaminate it with dirt.
- Do not install equipment or leave items unattended
- Do not use paint or tape for temporary line markings in the facility.
- Rainy weather should be avoided as much as possible due to the high risk of accidents.
- Do not kick the ball toward the front of the fence (damage to the fence)
- Safety briefings are mandatory when using electricity in fields and stages
- To prevent electric shock, do not touch the sports lights and stabilizers.
- Clean up after use
- Do not make excessive noise such as using amplifiers
- Do not engage in any form of money exchange for the use of the space
If the above guidelines are not complied with, students and organizations may be subject to immediate eviction, charged for any damages incurred, and restricted from using the campus facilities for 3 months. If the problem recurs, students and organizations may be restricted from using the campus facilities for one year.
