Management of Technology (MOT) is a discipline that deals with the management of technology and innovation which is essential in the knowledge-based society of our time. Our MOT program at Konkuk University (KU) is the first one of its kind to be launched in Korea. Our students learn issues, analytical framework, methodologies, and application capabilities of technology and innovation management, based on a broad knowledge of the major areas of management and business. The department is composed of distinguished MOT professors in Korea and has invited world-class foreign professors including Prof. William F. Miller of the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Our department strives to form close collaborative ties with other renowned MOT schools from around the world. After graduation, students generally find work at domestic and foreign companies, public and private research institutes, and governmental and regional administrations as well as agencies.
