Refund Policy:

The registration fee of ₩100,000 is non-refundable.

A full refund(withoug registration fee) is available if requested before February 1st.

No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made on or after February 2nd.

Refund Process:

Please send an email titled "Refund Request" to welcome@konkuk.ac.kr. Upon receiving your email, we will reply with the Refund Request Form attached. Complete the form and send it back to us to initiate the refund process. Additional bank and postage charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued to the bank account provided in your Refund Request Form. If you wish the refund to be remitted to another person’s account (e.g., a parent), please provide proof of relationship. The process will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date of your request.

Eligibility

A prospective participant in the KU International Summer Program must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

A student who is enrolled in an accredited college or university
A student who is able to take college-level courses in English
A student who is admitted to a university-level institution for upcoming spring
